shipping option not visible during checkout?

Hello..

I have enabled 3 shipping options:
1. International flat rate
2. Flat rate
3. Local pickup (free)
I have enabled all three in the Woocommerce settings/shipping, with prices set for the top 2 naturally. However, when checking out on the actual website, only the first and third options show up. The ‘flat rate’ shipping option is not visible on the webpage despite it being enabled.
Any help please??
