Shop page not respecting non-trans-header setting

Hi,
I configure the Logo Header to be this, note the “Transparent Header” setting:

Now we added a WooCommerce shop, and on this page and product pages the <header> only becomes white when scrolling down. I looked at it with the DevTools and the WooCommerce shop <body> has no ‘.none-trans-header’ – though, I am not sure if this is really the issue here.
