Shop Title & Active Menu Item Not Showing

Hi there,
I recently inherited an old WP site that I am updating for a client. It was WP4.5 when I started and most of the plugins, including WooCommerce were way out of date, and the theme they were using is no longer supported. Updating WP, changing over to Virtue and creating content has gone smoothly except for the Shop Page: *Login to see link

Three issues:
1) Page title is not showing on the shop page. All other pages on site are fine.
2) Shop link in main menu goes orange on mouseover but does not stay orange when you are on that page or product pages. All other pages are fine.
3) How do I get rid of the product quantity box on each item on the shop page? I cannot find a setting for that anywhere.
4) Product Navigation arrows are not working even though I have that setting turned on.

Either I am missing some settings or maybe there is some old CSS buried somewhere from the previous version of this site.
