Show post title below featured image on single post page

I created a page named “Abstracts”, then used a pinnacle shortcode –
[blog_posts items=”20″ orderby=”date” cat=”abstracts”]
to display all the posts from the abstracts category on that page.
(page template is set to DEFAULT)
This yields exactly what we want for the Abstracts page.

However when the user clicks on one of the items and goes to the single Post page
The title of the Post appears nowhere on the page.
We would like the post title to appear BELOW the featured image.

I see how to get the Post title to appear ABOVE the featured image
when you turn the whole default page header back on, but that isn’t what the client wants.

Greatly appreciate any help.
