Single-Portfolio move categories

Hi Team,
If you look at any of the projects on *Login to see link on the right hand side (“.pcside”) you have a description and below that the categories. Here’s a good example.
Is it possible to move “.pcbelow” to a new position above the description (.entry-content)? This is because in some cases the description is longer than the screen height and so the categories disappear off the bottom.
Can this be done with a function for portfolio type = project? That way we don’t need to modify the template in the child theme.
