Site autodownloading

Hi,
I have an issue with our site auto-downloading. It bars access to the site and WP admin. http://www.spirituswellness.com
I switched hosts two weeks ago and they said it was site or plugin related.
Are you familiar with this:
#AddHandler application/x-httpd-php70s .php
Siteground told me it is the cause of the issue.
Recent add-on is WP Rocket. I’ve got them looking into it too.
