Site Icons missing

The magnifying glass in my site’s search box is missing, replaced by a small rectangle. Also, when viewing my site on a mobile or tablet two”3 bar” menu icons are missing, one from the site header (right side) and the other from the top bar (Left side).

Can anyone help me rectify this situation?
