Discovered my Website is down to any users using a Smartphone or Tablet. Everything works perfectly from a PC though?

I asked a Coder to re-install the original theme as they said “Your Theme is corrupted, It does not have style.css and missing 3 plugins, Please get an update for this theme” they downloaded the original Setup I bought but still no solution.

Can anyone help with fixing this or by suggesting something? When accessed by a Tablet or Smartphone the site is replaced by googleframe.net instead of showing http://www.buildmykennel.com
