Site title font size for mobiles & sticky header

How do I set the site title font size to shrink for mobiles – and for the sticky header?
In the Pinnacle theme I have set Sitename Logo Font to be a certain size but see no way of setting smaller size for mobiles or for the sticky header.
(Can it only work for a logo graphic?)
