slider mobile desktop issues

I’m having this weird bug problem on two sites. Sometimes the mobile homepage loads the home desktop slider-despite the fact that something else has been selected. Other times it loads the correct responsive homepage mobile slider on mobile. I tried removing the mobile slider altogether and I keep having a similar problem.*Login to see link
Also, if you have black background for your pages, is there a quick CSS to change the faint line under the page titles to white?
