Slider Revolution Download Error

Hello, I purchased your pinnacle theme… but when I attempt to download revolution slider from recommended plugins, I keep getting this error message:
Installing Plugin: Revolution Slider
Downloading install package from *Login to see link
Download failed. Couldn’t resolve host ‘www.kadencethemes.com’
TGMPA v2.5.2
Return to recommended Plugins Installer
Could you please help me with this?
