Slider Revolution Plugin Not Activated

Hi,
I purchased this theme and got revolution slider with it. I’ve just noticed there is a box that states the plugin is not “activated” anymore. I have looked for an “activation code” but can’t find one. Can you confirm this plugin does come as full version with the theme, and doesn’t require clients to spend more money purchasing the plugin separately?
