Slow website…

We have been getting a lot of feedback about how slow our website has become… I’m just posting here in an effort to gather some helpful guidance as I am not a developer and some of the issues I have found on website testers are above my paygrade…
I used the following link and scored a “D” on site performance: *Login to see link
The majority of the issues seem to hover around combining external calls to JS and CSS and I dont know how to do this? Has anyone else experienced this?
I have also signed up with an account with CloudFlare in an effort to speed up the site but not sure if the config is wrong or is causing these issues?
Would love to hear some thoughts and ideas… thanks!
