Slow wordpress and wp admin panel

Hi,

1. Although I deleted all unnecessary plugins and I optimized the database via “Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions plugin”, admin panel page updates and almost everything works very slowly. This causes rising of hosting server CPU usage. Therefore hosting server restrict my website CPU usage.

2. Videos are unable to embed in pages via simply adding video URL (in site origin page builder > visual editor > text). Video embed PB widget also doesn’t work know. Only the virtue short code for youtube works. iframe codes also work but, it is not suitable for mobile device (I could not auto-resize the videos).

3. After a little search I saw that there are many ruins from the previous plugins.

4. There are plugins to be updated, but sometimes it seems, sometimes does not seem. Attempt to download and install the new version of the plugins also fails.

5. What is your advice about the issues. In some forums, WordPress uninstall – reinstall (clear program) is recommended. Is this necessary ?
