Social share plug-in compatible with Pinnacle

I am new to the Pinnacle theme. I want people to be able to like and to share my work on social media, but I cannot locate any social share functionality in the theme options or in the widgets. Is there a recommended plug-in that I can install and that is compatible with the Pinnacle theme? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
