spacer between text and image

Hey Hannah,
On this post, I’m using the block editor (so it says), however, it’s an old post, but cannot find any option to add a spacer between paragraphs or the text and images. See Print-screens and link: *Login to see link
It looks different than the block editor I use for now posts?
It is too compact (on top of each other).
