Spacing before H2 and H3 tags and line spacing

Issue #1- I’ve searched the forums but having trouble figuring out the solution. I’ve noticed that on my pages and posts, there are many spaces that get inserted before my H2 and H3 tags so that there’s white gaps that look a little awkward between paragraphs and those headings. Do I need to add some custom CSS to fix? I am assuming it is the same for all headings.

Issue #2- when my H2 tags go to the next line due to more words, there is a larger space between the lines than I want. Is there an easy way to reduce the line spacing on these headings? I am assuming it is the same for other headings like H3. For my H1 headings at the top of the article, that spacing looks fine.
