Spacing between title and content of each item of Home Layout Manager

I have used Featured Products on Home Layout Manager but its top spacing is not as equal as bottom spacing.

The space is on top of word “SẢN PHẨM NỔI BẬT” is too wide but its below content is too narrow. I would like it will be equal spacing for top and bottom the word.
Please help me fix this. 🙁 I has tried many ways on previous topic but nothing works.
