spread out secondary menu headings

I can’t figure out how to separate out the secondary menu headings on this site *Login to see link
At present they are running together and hard to read (on my macbook screen – haven’t checked on a pc). What CSS do I need to ensure the menu is spread equally all the way across the screen?
