“Staff” and “Testimonials” buttons missing? (Ascend Premium)

Hello all,
I have two websites using the same Ascend Premium theme. Both are completely up to date. But one is missing the staff and testimonials button. Here’s a screenshot: *Login to see link
Am I doing something wrong? lol.
I first noticed because I tried to follow this: *Login to see link
and while I can select the Staff Grid Template, nothing populates on the page.
