Staff – Hyperlinking Staff Images to Unique Pages

Hi There,
I am trying to hyperlink the images under my “staff” pictures to unique wordpress pages using “Page links To” (NB. I am currently using the Staff Grid to display various wine regions as I do not have any staff in my organization).
How do I get the images I am using to hyperlink to unique pages I have created vs. simply enlarging the featured image when the user clicks on the image?
