Staff page "E-mail link" doesn't work

Hello,
I created a new page “Ihre Ansprechpartner” (Team) Link: *Login to see link
Ihre Ansprechpartner
Logistik & Verwaltung

It works fine and I see all team members in the categorys! Each team member has there own e-mail adress.
PROBLEM: The link “E-Mail” doesn’t work. What can I do? I don´t like to activate link=”ture”.
Could I change at example the “Linkedin Link Icon” and replace a new “E-Mail Icon”? If so, please tell me how?
