Standard Style with secondary menu-How to edit

Hello All,
I have read through the documentation, used various keywords, etc etc, however, I can’t figure out how to edit the working for the secondary menu. If you’re looking at the demo page for the theme, it would be the words that say things like The main store page, for the traveler, outdoor explore packs, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated!
