Sticky Header height (not responsive) and anchor not scrolling right

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with the Sticky Header.

When I resize the window my custom CSS resizes the shrinkheader, but the js doesn’t calculate the new header height (I think because the shrinkheader height is given in Pinnacle options).
That results in an odd blank-space between header and main section.
The second problem deals with anchors. When I click in “Servizi” dropdown menu (any of the choices) the page scrolls down, without considering the height of the sticky header. Is it possible to have js get header height and set scrolltop to that height?
