Sticky Nav Menu with Scroll?

I am using your premium Ascend theme. My client has lots of sub-menu links too many to fit on one screen. His old website menus scrolled showing all the links in the navigation menu. Your theme: *Login to see link is using a sticky menu but I noticed I can’t scroll down to see the rest of the links. Is there a way to make these menus scroll to see the rest of the links with a sticky header?
