Sticky/Shrink Header not working on mobile.

Is sticky header not an option on mobile for Virtue?
I would also very much like an accounting of the differences between Virtue Premium and Pinnacle Premium. I own both, but as far as I can tell, the only thing that Virtue can do that Pinnacle can’t is Centered Header (with menus on sides) and the page titles are different (less options in Virtue)
