Strange insert bar (page in page) appearing

Hi,
I’m noticing a strange “page in page” block that shows my webpage in a bar at the top of the Japanese version of my shop page.
I can’t see in the css where this is coming from or why it might be appearing there.
Any tips on how to remove it? Thank you.
