Strange Paralax behaviour

Hi,
made this site 1 year ago and after last updates i get some strange movement on the start image.
Don’t know since when this appeared but it wasn’t like this as i build it:
-as i refresh the Page, the ladies head gets cut of – image is somehow self-centering
-if i move the wheel just a bit, the image jumps in the right position – this row has no padding top and is set to parallax, position top-center
… also after moving the wheel, the image doesn’t ever come back to the position with the cut of head
Please help finding what is causing this.
Everything is updated + tried on 3 browsers
