Style of tag

Hi all,

On my pages, I only use one style for my <hr> tags and it’s this:
<hr style=”background-color: #990000; border-width: 0; color: #990000; height: 2px; line-height: 0; text-align: left;” />

I was wondering, if there’s a way to put this in my custom css box, so that every time I insert a horizontal rule, it always looks the same.
I would like this, because otherwise I would have to use inline css formatting to achieve the same
Any answer would be appreciated

By the way: the website is *Login to see link and the theme is Virtue Premium.
