Styling topbar hover and text colour

Hello,
I’m trying to style the topbar and am having trouble.
I’d like to change the hover and text colour but not sure how to do it.
Also I changed ‘my cart’ to ‘my basket’ in the language settings BUT it keeps changing back!
Any help is greatly appreciated! Here’s the site:
