tab shortcode: open a specific tab on page load / with link?

Hi there,
is there a way to create a link to page that uses the tab shortcode in such a way that a specific tab is opened?
When you use the back button to a get back to a page with tabs, it always shows the first tab. Quite annoying.
So I would like to use a link like *Login to see link where #sctab45105 refers to the tab to be opened.
Is that possible?
