Tables don't display right after theme update

I updated the theme from 1.7.1 to 1.7.4 and tables are displaying differently.
Tables should look like this *Login to see link (I did not update the theme)
Tables have extra space and padding that is not there, and look weird after update *Login to see link
Also if you scroll down. On the right hand side of the footer we have a table and they look completely different
How do we fix this issue?
