Tag selection not displayed in search, or recipe

I am sorry, wrong board. Let me copy this (and the other one), and then you can delete if you want.
I was expecting to see Tags as one of the search options here:

Also, I was expecting to see the tags displayed in the recipe detail, such as here.

I have selected “Cooking Methods” and Tags in the RECIPE TAXONOMIES Styles
( Choose which taxonomies you want to use and display.)
I was a little surprised that tags weren’t an option, too under: RECIPE INFORMATION Styles.
Is this a bug?
