Tagline position

Hi, I need to move my tagline about 20 px below the logo and about 40 px to the right. I tried using some code from another entry “move tagline” but my solution did not work. Here’s what I tried:

kad_tagline {
padding-top: 20px;
padding-left: 40px;
}
