Template reset + slow website

Hi Ben,
Since the 2.3.9 update the website is experiencing quiet a few problems:
1) The template does not save the setting and keeps resetting everything. Custom CSS, Analytics Code, Main site color and more settings do not get stored for more than 10 minutes! I am now working on the shop and every now and then all this stuff disappear…I don’t know what to do.
2) The website became extremely slow. I have even contacted the server provider who assured me that everything is normal their end.
site > shop.vivilondra.it (you will probably notice that the title carousel is now on the left rather than center and the main colour is blue rather than red)
