Testimonial Carousel Widget Styling

In the Testimonial Carousel Widget on the home page, the name at the bottom of each testimonial shows an upside-down triangle to the right of the name. Can this be removed? It makes it look like it’s a button or something when it’s not.
Also, is there a way to make the quotation marks larger/more decorative looking? Like how they would look in a pull quote? Thank you!
