Testimonial pages don't exist?

Hello there,
Just upgraded to Virtue Premium this morning and have been working with the new testimonial feature. I entered and published a half-dozen testimonials to see how the page would render.
I limited the word count and added a “Read More” link to each. But when I click on Read More, it says the page does not exist. I went into the All Testimonials area, and tried clicking there on the page links and same issue.
wp.deeprootsdance.com/reviews is the page I am working on. Any thoughts?
Additionally, I wanted to include an image of star ratings I want to include with them. I included it in the testimonial text but it seems to get stripped out. Any way to implement something like this?
