Text and Photo Display on Moible Devices

Text and photos for this page on desktop look fine, but on the phone, all the photos are displaying on the top and the text is all below. Preference is to have photo of speaker, and then speaker bio immediately following. Can you tell me the best practice to accomplish that without having to leave a bunch of extra spaces to line up the photos with the text?
