Is there a way to show any text (peferable customized via CSS), below the footer but centered in the middle of a page? I still like to have the copyright & footer menu a level up (possibly with different background color. Structure would be something like the following:

header
body/contents
footer (copyright + menu)
(added) css styled text (centered)

Does it makes sense? Is it possible?

Please let me know. Thanks
