Text/email field not displaying even if set to checked for woo smart coucpons

Not sure if a support but your help will be highly appreciated.
In checkout we have a radio input set to checked but the user still needs to click on the black dot to show the email/text field of gift card recipient.
I will give a link in the next reply to re create the situation.
