That Header Transparent Header Again

Hi, My shrink transparent header has stopped working again after changing some settings to do with display the page title, very odd indeed. I cannot get the header nav to turn opaque on scrolling down, if I deselect the header background under Advanced Styling the nav will remain white even with the transparent till scrolled selected under Theme Options. If you could let me know how to resolve this I will be eternally grateful.
