Theme Conflicting with and VIP plugin

Hi, I’ve been using the Pinnacle Theme for quite a while now and it has been great, however, recently a very important plugin stopped working correctly… I tried turning off all other plugins but it turned out that when I installed a different theme like Twenty Seventeen the plugin would work fine.
Could you have a look at our website and see if there is anything conflicting that could be resolved, we cannot start over as there is no more funding, perhaps we need to replace the plugin???
