Theme conflicting with [WP Notification Bar] plugin

Hi, the latest update seems to be conflicting with a plugin [WP Notification Bar]:
On mobile view, I am able to scroll extensively to the right side of the page. Please view image:
I have also activated 2 other default themes and did not experience this issue.
Please kindly advise. Thanks!
