theme doesn't work with Design Approval System plugin

display not right
I have installed a design approval system plugin. The page for the custom to approve is not displaying properly with the Virtue Theme, however when I changed to other themes, it worked. So I want to ask how I change the setting in the theme option to make it display properly?
