Theme Options: 403 Forbidden

Hello, really i got a big problem. I was somedays off, and when back i updated wordpress and virtue theme, and all pluging, i don´t know if my problem is for it.
I lost one extra side bar i had created for the shop, but the big problem is other. I can´t save changes in all “Theme Options” sections. When i try do it something there, like change the logo, and said “SAVE”…the answer is a 403 Forbibben page “Access to this resource on the server is denied!”, wow help me please.
