Theme Options are not working

The theme options stopped working. Rather than redirecting to the option I receive a message of “javascriptvoid(0);”. I read a few suggestions to fix the problem – 1) reset the section = this just lost all my formatting, – 2) upgrade to the premium package = this did not fix the problem. I am a true beginner and need assistance. How do I get support from the Kadence team?
