theme options disappearance

Hello,
I’m working with the premium version of your theme from 2 months.
I just made the installation for the new version of the theme but at the end of that the “theme options” in the menu has disappeared.
I’m a starter with wp and i choose your theme like first one, so i’m not so used in it but i need the “theme options” to finish to build my sites,
I thought that was because some plugins so i tried to deactivated all of them but was not useful.
do you have any idea why is it missing??
