Theme Options – Portolio Category Pages – wrong no. of Portfolio columns

Hi,
I want to define 3 portfolio comlumns int he standard portfolio view and in the portfolio category pages. But nothing works correct so far.
1. I’ve the portfolio page (i.e.: *Login to see link to/en/portfolio-cities/) with 3 columns, but it shows 4 (n+1)!
2. I’ve defined the theme options “Portolio Category Pages” 3 portfolio columns (*Login to see link to/portfolio-tag/cityscapes/) and it shows 5 (n+2)!
There must be a small bug in the code of the portfolio query.
