Theme options recovery

After I have updated/changed my domain name, my theme settings have reseted. I made a backup files for complete website and theme as well. But I was not able to return my theme in previous state although I can see through ftp that customization that I have made on css files are still changed. Why are my theme options blank (on default)? Where and how can I change this? Is there a file(s) from where theme read my old domain link and because of that doesn’t load well?
Edit: Note that this is the only issue I have with the new domain transition. I have used search and replace wp plugin to change all links.
