TinyMCE Toolbar Missing

Upgraded from 2.3.x to 2.8.3 and now a third-row of tools on the Visual Editor disappeared.
I have activated the Black Studio plugin as requested when I upgraded, but the toolbar is still missing.
Also, I installed the 3 slider plugins from the lib/plugins folder and now RevSlider no longer works.
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
